Beatbabel's quote process is simple, quick and efficient. After receiving quotable material or information we will analyze it and return a quote to you normally within less than 2 working days.

The best and most accurate quote is based on editable source files. Typical file formats include:

• Microsoft Office files - Word, PowerPoint or Excel
• InDesign, FrameMaker, QuarkXpress
• HTML, XML or ASP files
• Resource files (PC or MAC, Windows or Unix/Linux)
• Compiled software or help projects
• Text documents
• Database content
• and many more.

While an initial quote can also be based on PDF output, in order to give you the most accurate quote we like to see the source files that were used to generate the PDF files.

• If you are an existing client, you can upload your files via our secure portal.
• As a new client, you can send the files to be quoted via email to our sales team. Or - if your files are large - you can send a note to our sales team requesting a User-ID to log in to our portal.

Either way, once the quote is ready we will email it to you and when you tell us to proceed with the project we are ready to go.
