The ATA is a professional association founded to advance the translation and interpreting professions and foster the professional development of individual translators and interpreters. Its 10,000 members in more than 80 countries Include translators, interpreters, project managers, web and software developers, language company owners, hospitals, universities and government agencies.
BeatBabel is corporate member of GALA (the Globalization and Localization Association). GALA is a nonprofit international organization comprised of members specializing in language services and technologies. Comprised of more than 250 companies from 45 countries, GALA encourages local communication as a vital component of global strategy.
BeatBabel is corporate member of the San Diego French-American Chamber of Commerce. SDFACC is a member-driven, non-profit organization, and is part of the New York-based French-American Chamber of Commerce that encompasses a network of 21 Chapters and Associates throughout the United States. The SDFACC is also part of the “Union des Chambres de Commerce et d’Industrie Françaises à l’Etranger” (UCCIFE), which comprises 114 French Chambers of Commerce in 78 countries.
